Errol Heights Park Survey Deadline EXTENDED to December 21st!

From Portland Parks and Recreation:

Errol Heights Park Survey

https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/YVZD7LS
Open through December 21, 2018

We have a design for Errol Heights Park and we want to know what you think!

If you weren’t able to make it to the open house on December 1, you still have time to take our online survey and share your thoughts on the recommended design for the Park.

Portland Parks and Recreation has dedicated $12.7 million to improving the 16-acre Errol Heights Park. As part of the design phase we received hundreds of comments about what makes Errol Heights Park special and the types of activities people would like to do there in the future. The proposed design is based on that feedback.

Hazeltine Park Planting and Ribbon Cutting

After a summer of radical landscape alteration, Hazeltine Park is looking fantastic and we need your help to complete this beautiful naturescape.

Join the Brentwood-Darlington neighborhood with the Johnson Creek Watershed Council and Portland Parks & Recreation to install hundreds of native, pollinator-friendly plants and cut the ribbon on the new natural landscape with our guest of honor and park namesake, Dick Hazeltine.  We will also be planting a tree to honor Mr. Hazeltine’s late wife, Opal Hazeltine, who was instrumental in the development of the original park.  (There will be a second event to finish spring planting on March 23rd.)
