HUGE OPPORTUNITY FOR BRENTWOOD-DARLINGTON
After two years of work, city planners have drafted recommendations for Brentwood-Darlington’s future. The draft is a “MUST READ” for BD residents.
Planners propose:
- Zoning changes to attract shops and services, and increase the stock of apartment buildings while preserving existing low-cost housing.
- Street safety and transit improvements.
- An equity focus to help residents remain in their homes despite rising rents, and gain better access to education, employment, and health care.
