The Voter Registration Deadline for new Oregon voters is on Tuesday, October 13, 2020! Make a plan today to register to vote or to check that you are registered to vote at your current address. You can register to vote online at: www.oregonvotes.gov/register. To register to vote online an eligible voter must have a valid Oregon driver’s license, permit, or ID card. The online registration deadline is 11:59 PM on October 13, 2020.
If you do not have a valid Oregon drivers license, permit, or ID, or it has expired you will need to register on a paper Oregon Voter Registration Card. Registration cards can be found at the elections office, Oregon DMV, post office, public library, or printed from our website. The deadline for mailing the Oregon Voter Registration Card is a USPS postmark of October 13, 2020.
Voters can register to vote in-person at two locations in the county; the Multnomah County Duniway-Lovejoy Elections Building at 1040 SE Morrison Street in Portland or the Voting Center Express at the Multnomah County East Building at 600 NE 8th Street in Gresham. Both voter service locations will offer extended hours: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13. Multnomah County Elections can accept voter registration forms from any Oregon resident. The deadline for in-person voter registration is 7:00 PM on October 13, 2020.
