It is too late to mail ballots, and postmarks do not count. Voters can use any 24-hour official ballot-return box site as well as any Multnomah County Library 24-hour book-return box to safely and securely deposit ballots.

All registered voters in Multnomah County should have received their ballots. Multnomah County voters who need a ballot or want assistance should call Multnomah County Elections at 503-988-VOTE (8683) for help. 

Ballot Replacement. Voters can request a replacement ballot online at multco.us/orderahead, and it will be ready for pickup at the main elections office in SE Portland or at the Gresham location. Both the SE Portland and Gresham locations will be open until 8:00 PM tonight. 

Visit the SE Portland and Gresham location for assistance. The Multnomah County Duniway-Lovejoy Elections Building is located at 1040 SE Morrison Street, Portland 97214.  The Voting Center Express is located inside the Multnomah County East Building, and that address is 600 NE 8th Street, Gresham 97030. Both offices are adhering to physical distancing measures established by the State of Oregon and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

Ballot Drop Sites: It’s too late to send via mail. Listed below and online (multco.us/dropsites) are all the official 24-hour ballot-return box sites and Multnomah County Library locations. Access to ballot-return boxes ceases at 8:00 PM tonight, Tuesday, May 19, 2020. Official ballot-return boxes will be emptied regularly throughout the day and promptly at 8:00 PM tonight.
