Back Up Caregiving from The Oregon Home Care Commission

Information from the Disability Program at Office of Community & Civic Life:

Need a back up caregiver? The Oregon Home Care Commission can help!

From conversations we’re having with community members, we know that back up caregiving, especially last-minute back up caregiving, is a huge need right now: If your caregiver is sick or can’t get to you, what can you do?

We have been in touch with the Oregon Home Care Commission, and they are dedicated to supporting Oregonians to access back up caregiving when we need it. Please be sure to let staff know if you will need assistance contacting people on the referral list, help posting an help wanted ad or connecting with an potential worker.”
