George Lozovoy, the Portland Parks and Recreation project manager for renovation of Errol Heights Park, will go over the Land Use Notice and describe the park’s features: amenities such as splash pad, skate spot, stairways, picnic and playground in the upper level; accessible trails, slope restructuring, tree preservation, and beaver ponds in the lower, natural area; park access via new sidewalks on surrounding streets.  George will answer questions, remark on temporary trail closures, and provide a timeline for implementation of the renovation project.
