Temporary closure at Harney Park’s playground 9/10 – 10/4
Drainage repair work will begin September 10 at Harney Park’s playground, near SE 67th Avenue and NE Harney Street in the Brentwood-Darlington neighborhood. This work is funded by the ParksReplacementBond.org.
Work will include a full removal of all wood chips and fabric, some drainage repairs, and replacement of the wood chips and fabric. This will help keep the area drier during our rainy winter months.
During this work, the entire playground area will be temporarily closed. We expect work to be completed around October 4.
