Be informed about the proposed changes to City Code 3.96!

Brentwood-Darlington Neighborhood Association (BDNA) sent a letter to the Portland City Council and Auditor on July 19th, 2019 regarding changes to City Code 3.96 (download a PDF version here).

Nearly all references to Neighborhood Associations are being removed from the new code language. City Council votes on new language September 3rd, 2019. UPDATE!  City Council will now be receiving proposed Code 3.96 as a report on November 14, 2019.

Without guaranteed funding and insurance, BDNA will not be able to provide our annual events:

  • Movies in the Park
  • Spooktacular
  • 4th of July Parade
  • Neighborhood Clean-Up
  • National Night Out
