Public Comment Period for Apartment Building Proposed on Woodstock NOW OPEN! RAISE YOUR VOICE!

Developers plan to build a four-story apartment building that fills The Joinery block in Woodstock. It will have 195 units, 116 parking spaces, a central courtyard, and commercial space on Woodstock Blvd.

The proposed building contrasts sharply with the moderate height and volume of Woodstock’s other commercial buildings.  It will add hundreds of cars to the existing congestion.  The building will be built, but massive public outcry can influence its form and impact.

Please take a moment to call for humane construction and design in Woodstock.  You may register your views during a public comment period that ends on July 5th at 5:00PM.  Send comments to city staffer Andrew Gulizia at Andrew.Gulizia@portlandoregon.gov.  Include Case File Number LU 19-163863 AD.

To be most effective, your comments should be based on:
