SE Portland resident artists and neighbors of old and young coming together during the National Night Out week to celebrate all kinds of art! Live music (Cuban & Reggae), free food, lots of giveaway prizes, vendors and an art project (Operation Chain-Link Fences) to beautify the neighborhood!
