Brentwood Park and Community Garden

Brentwood Parklocated at SE 60th Ave & Duke St, is our largest neighborhood park at 14.05 acres.  Since 1951, Brentwood Park has offered a green space for citizens in Brentwood-Darlington.  Amenities include fenced off-leash dog area, paved paths, picnic tables, playground, soccer field, softball field, tennis court, and volleyball court.

The park is open from 5:00AM-Midnight.  To reserve a sports field, call 503-823-2525.

BDCommunityGarden

Just across the way from the park is the Brentwood Community Garden, located at SE 57th Ave & Cooper St.  The first community garden to be a recipient of a garden enhancement project in 2010 (sponsored by Fiskars, the City of Portland, and The Home Depot Foundation), Brentwood Community Garden gained 23 new plots.  Adjacent to the community garden is the historic Green Thumb Orchard which is co-operatively managed by Portland Parks & Rec (PP&R) and the Portland Fruit Tree Project (PFTP). The orchard lies within the nearby Learning Gardens Laboratory.
