SUMMARY:Master Gardeners Open Garden Demonstration Event
DESCRIPTION:Open Garden Event!\nThe Multnomah County Master Gardener Demonstration Garden is hosting this free “drop-in” event which is open to all. Take a self-guided tour through their one-acre educational garden featuring several different sections. Learn about small fruits and vegetables\, native and perennial plants\, pollinators\, creating habitat\, gardening methods and more. \nBring the whole family\, visit the children’s activity table\, get your gardening questions answered at the ‘Let’s Talk Plants’ booth\, bring home free educational materials\, seed packets (while quantities last) and directions for interesting garden projects for all ages. \nThere will be tables hosted by Multnomah County Vector Control\, OSU Master Preservers and others as well as tables and stations with Master Gardeners to answer questions about preserving your harvest\, creating pollinator habitat and all things plants and gardening. \nThe garden entrance is on SE 57th Avenue.
