From Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon:
The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon (FCCO) is offering FREE spay/neuter services in February for feral and stray cats. This special is in honor of Spay/Neuter Awareness Month and World Spay Day on February 26th, 2019. Now is the perfect time to spay/neuter cats to prevent litters of kittens in the spring.
Individuals who are feeding feral or stray cats qualify for this special offer, regardless of income or where they live. Services include spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, flea treatment, pain relief medication and an ear-tip for identification. FCCO will also be offering specials for pet cats the last week of February. This special is sponsored by Edward Jones, Shawn Mangum, AAMS, Financial Advisor.
FCCO has humane live traps available to safely catch and transport cats and instructions so even if you haven’t trapped before you’ll be successful. [see trapping video here]
