Join us for our annual National Night Out community party July 30th, 4:00-8:00PM. Food and fun – FREE FOR EVERYONE! Back by popular demand, we are having our unofficial Independence Day Parade! Join us this July 4th for a fun, low-key event. Special thanks to community members Xeandra and Dunja for pulling this event together. Want to see a bigger event next year? Contact us and help with the 2018 planning!
Join Portland historian Dave Hedberg and the Lents & Brentwood-Darlington Tree Team to learn about the trees in your community and how history has shaped our urban forest. Using trees as historical anchors, we’ll explore the history of Lents and how trees are inextricably intertwined with the neighborhood. Understanding and valuing trees historically leaves us better equipped to make future decisions and avoid unexpected consequences inherited from our past. Click here to register or visit their event on Facebook.
Join the Learning Garden Labs for a FREE fun, family-friendly event! Live music, free food, garden tours, kids activities, raffle prizes, a plant sale, and more! Your very own BDNA will be tabling at this event. Last year’s Earth Day Festival was a ton of fun. Don’t miss out this year! Interested in having a table? Contact Chanel by email.
